Your Responsibilities | How you will make a difference Creative and Brand:Oversee and enhance Azora's brand presence.Develop and execute content and creative strategies, including hands-on content creation or managing external designers.Design and manage branded assets, oversee social media (LinkedIn), and lead website management and copywriting efforts.Product and Communications:Shape product positioning and messaging to clearly communicate the benefits of our finance offerings.Craft engaging communications for our broker network (B2B) via targeted email marketing campaigns.Contribute to the growth and evolution of our online platform as we move towards a more digitally-focused business model.Growth Marketing:Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across the funnel (activation, retention, revenue) to attract new customers, re-engage inactive ones, and deepen engagement with existing clients to drive growth and customer loyalty.Collaborate with the sales team to create persuasive value propositions and develop impactful marketing materials that maximize revenue potential.Data-Driven Decision Making:Leverage HubSpot CRM to track, analyse, and optimise the performance of marketing initiatives.Provide management with regular reports, highlighting key performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and areas for improvement.Why This Role Is Unique: Full Ownership: You will have the freedom to shape the marketing strategy, making key decisions and driving initiatives.High Visibility & Impact: Your work will be seen by the senior leadership team and brokers, and you'll play a crucial role in the company's growth.Variety of Responsibilities: This is a diverse role where you can wear multiple hats—You have the flexibility to lead across different marketing disciplines.Growth Opportunity: As the company grows, this role offers substantial professional and personal development.Your Skills & Experience | A little bit about you… Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hub.Proficiency in leveraging marketing automation to drive campaign success.Demonstrated expertise in formulating and implementing impactful email marketing strategies.A deep understanding of customer segmentation and the creation of personalised marketing initiatives.Skilled in crafting straightforward yet impactful creatives for social, email campaigns and other marketing efforts.Financial services experience preferred but not required.Want to join our team?
