About the Centre:
We are a 65 place centre located on the beautiful Coffs coast. With three rooms where educators have the chance to build long-lasting connections and meaningful bonds with children, we pride ourselves on our Outstanding Professionalism and sense of belonging to part of a team. Our small team allows for great working conditions and professional relationships that make the work environment enjoyable. About the Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
A current Working with Children's Check.
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
