This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic advice and oversight on operational and compliance risk activities. Benefits include:$120K - $150K + SuperFlexible work arrangementsProfessional development opportunities, including support for relevant certifications and trainingYour ResponsibilitiesFoster a culture of risk awareness by supporting initiatives that build governance, risk, and compliance capability across the business.Provide oversight and monitoring of first-line risk activities, including control validation and attestation.Act as a trusted advisor to first-line teams on risk management processes and frameworks.Conduct risk assessments on business initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory and policy requirements.Analyse and report on risk data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.Prepare professional risk reports for boards, committees, and senior management.Collaborate on organisational priorities and contribute to the ongoing development of the risk and compliance function.What We're Looking For2–4 years of experience in a risk & compliance role, ideally within the Australian superannuation sector.A strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks, with the ability to take a pragmatic and commercial approach.Experience analysing data and preparing reports on risk profiles, compliance plans, and other regulatory matters.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for various audiences.Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Take the next step in your career and join an organisation that values expertise, innovation, and excellence in superannuation.
