We are seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team and support a global business with data integration, transformation, and reporting across multiple time zones.
This role will work with cutting-edge data tools within Microsoft's suite, including Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.
You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our data infrastructure, creating seamless data flows, and generating actionable insights for stakeholders worldwide
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize ETL processes using Azure Data Factory to ensure accurate data integration across global databases.Design, build, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, ensuring data is well-organized, accessible, and secure.Identify and implement performance optimization strategies for ETL processes and reports to ensure optimal user experience.Support data-related development and automation initiatives in Power Automate.
Experience in Power Apps is a plus.Monitor and troubleshoot data processes to ensure uninterrupted service to global teams, including working occasionally outside regular business hours to support multiple time zones.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, solutions, and best practices.
Ensure data governance and compliance principles are maintained.Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively, tailoring the messaging as needed for diverse audiences.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems).Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate and Power BI.Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.Exposure to Power AppsHands-on experience with Azure services, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Analysis Services.Strong experience with Data Warehousing using Kimball and STAR schemaStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Additional InformationWhy Join Us: Work in a dynamic and innovative team driving real business impact.Opportunities for professional growth and development in a leadership role.Collaborative culture and cross-functional engagement with various teams and stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
