With a focus on prevention, collaboration, technology, and consumer-directed care, you'll play a crucial role in promoting independence, health, and wellbeing for older Australians.
You will:
Work closely with our Allied Health Team Lead to support and coach our care teamsDevelop tailored plans to help clients manage their health, mobility, and independenceShare knowledge and guidance with therapy assistants and support workers to deliver the best care possibleAbout You: You may have extensive experience or be just starting your physiotherapy journey, but you'll be excited to join a fun, collaborative team with a passion for helping others.
You enjoy being on the road, seeing clients in their homes, and working closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
In addition, you'll:
Hold a physiotherapy degree with Full AHPRA registrationHave experience with home-based therapy and exercise programs for older adultsDemonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skillsBe solutions-focused, flexible, and passionate about empowering older AustraliansHold a current driver's licence and have a National Police Clearance (within the last six months)Apply TodayJoin us in making a difference in the lives of older Australians.
