Structural Engineer

The Opportunity Based in Notting Hill in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, our client is seeking a mid-level Structural Engineer to join their team.
Ideally, candidates should have 3-5 years structural experience in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
This role will be a full-time position, and you will gain the opportunity to learn and be mentored by senior engineers of the business.
The successful candidate will need to have proven experience working on projects such as:
Mixed-use apartmentsSchoolsHospitalsCommunity centresWarehousesThis role also offers the opportunity to be exposed to client management, where you will be liaising with all aspects of the design process.
Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate the design of projects from concept to completionPrepare design, analysis, and computations for parts or all of allocated projectsEnsure that all project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirementsWork closely with clients to ensure their needs are understood and metReview own work and the work of others for conformance with the certified Quality SystemTo be successful, you will have to demonstrate the following attributes and skills: Proven experience designing high-end residential, commercial, and industrial projectsExperience using software such as Rapt, ETABS, and RAM ConceptsExcellent communication and presentation skillsCompleted a Bachelor of EngineeringKnowledge of Australian Standards & Building CodesIf you thrive on challenge and are looking for a rewarding work environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
