The Opportunity Join our vibrant team as a Digital Operations Lead on a fixed term period for up to 17 months, supporting the CSBP Fertilisers business unit.
Reporting to the Digital Program Manager - Fertilisers, you will be responsible for overseeing the support and maintenance of CSBP Fertilisers digital applications.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day activities, and resources, of the service desk and Digital Operations team; Be the key liaison with internal and WesCEF IT&S services and support, for incident and maintenance management; Monitor application performance to ensure optimal functionality and user experience; Work with Product Owners, WesCEF IT and 3rd Party providers to plan and execute scheduled maintenance of systems; Manage 3rd party contract and license renewals; Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation; Identify and implement continuous improvement to processes and services; Oversee the maintenance and delivery of internal stakeholder communications; Be responsible for collecting, analysing, and distributing accurate and timely reports to support data-driven decision-making. About You: Tertiary qualifications ideally in an IT related discipline or with equivalent work experience. ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation) is highly valued. Demonstrated leadership experience in a service desk or technical support role, preferably within an MSP setting. In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks and proven ability to implement ITIL-aligned processes. Prior experience with managing Service Delivery or Technical Delivery Management. Experience with ITIL Processes, and Service Management quality controls. Proficient problem-solving skills, focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Able to handle operations in a fast moving environment and managing multiple priorities effectively. Experience in the application of key change management principles.
