LawyerAbout the Opportunity We have a great opportunity available for a Lawyer to join our national organisation.
Located in our brand-new modern office in Norwest, this role will see you utilising your professional qualification and experience to provide day-to-day assistance with legal matters across the Questas Group of companies.
The role reports to the General Counsel and encompasses legal matters such as:
Supporting the M&A legal due diligence process.Reviewing customer and supplier contracts and the preparation of departures schedule.Ensuring that corporate governance is maintained with appropriate scheduling, recording, and minuting of Board, BARC, Remuneration, and Nomination meetings.Supporting the group of companies in maintaining IP; including renewal of trademarks, business names, and patents.Proactively seeking ways to provide legal assistance that meets business requirements.Assisting the General Counsel in any legal dispute or litigation matters, utilising external legal advice as required.Why Questas?
