Adrian Paull Criminal Lawyers – Ballarat VICSpecialist Criminal Law firm seeking Solicitor for Ballarat office.We are a specialist criminal law firm operating throughout the western region of Victoria looking for a solicitor to join our busy practice.As the successful candidate, you will be based in our Ballarat office but travel to regional and suburban courts to appear for clients as required.You will have a passion for criminal law defence and an understanding of the Criminal Justice System.Your days will be filled with in-court advocacy on behalf of your clients in the Magistrates' Court, in addition to the preparation of serious indictable matters where you will instruct Counsel in County Court and Supreme Court trials.You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, be able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.You will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate respectfully with clients, court staff, prosecutors, and judicial officers alike.While a preference for postgraduate experience in this field is preferred, a graduate able to demonstrate a true enthusiasm for this demanding but rewarding area of law would be considered.
