Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops.

Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting's culture.
Benefits of working at Uniting We have multiple casual roles available with shifts ranging from 3 to 7.6 hours, across 9:09am – 5:15pm, 7 days per week (including public holidays).
Op Shop locations include Albert Park, Fitzroy, Northcote, Port Melbourne, Prahran, Preston & St Kilda .
In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17 per hour + 25% casual loading + superannuation , you will have access to: Ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as rent, groceries, bills, clothing, and much more 10% discount for eligible employees on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning Service 25% discount at Uniting Op Shops Your skills and experience You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.
You will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, and a flair for visual merchandising.
You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
