We are looking for a Team Leader who is driven to challenge themselves to form and guide a high performing team to deliver across critical change projects to the Australian payment systems.
This opportunity will enable you to get some of the best learning experiences on unique systems that are not available elsewhere.
The ability to form a team of innovative and curious individuals and providing the guidance to deliver value and efficiency through the project will be a key capability in the successful candidate.
About the role We require someone who is focussed on security, stability and quality of the systems they deliver and to form a high performing team with the same focusResponsibility for hiring and team management of the project team for the life of the projectResponsible for the governance and quality of the team's practises and code deliveryA focus on continual improvement and lifting maturity of the broader team through innovation and change About you The ability to form a team of innovative and curious individuals and providing the guidance to deliver value and efficiency throughout the project will be a key capability in the successful candidateProven experience on delivering major development projects, problem resolution and leading project based technical teamsStrong stakeholder and relationship management skills, both business and technical facingA foundation in Java Development and/or Infrastructure concepts and design would be welcomed Be More
