Let's discuss, what does flexibility look like for you?The OpportunityThe Functional Consultant works with various key stakeholders to deliver PA (IBM Planning Analytics) functionality.
This role will require the candidate to design, build and maintain PA solutions to support critical business processes.What you'll do:Ability to estimate the work and take part in discussions around sizing,and active involvement in Solution Design Forum.Definition, Creation, Unit Testing and UAT execution on existing business requirements.Ensure fit-for-purpose system testing and user acceptance tests are conducted on sprint deliverables, to ensure product quality.Design, develop, and maintain PA cubes, dimensions, rules, and processes.Troubleshoot and resolve PA application issues, whilst staying abreast of the latest PA features and functionalities.Ensure adherence to Agile development methodology for development and change management process to release into ProductionWhat you'll bring:Deep understanding of IT processes, preferably within a large scale organisationCirca 10+ years working with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1Experience in understanding overall strategic solution design and reducing technical debtExperience in Business Process & IT SystemsKnowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum with Kanban ways of workingAbility to estimate work and liaise with Functional leads/Solution architects in other streams of workWhat you'll experienceThe opportunity to grow within the groupStrong mentorship and development; opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest and best minds in AustraliaHybrid working arrangements depending on your home locationGet your Woolies worth through team member benefits across all of our brandsEveryone belongs at Woolworths GroupDiversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
