This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving their strategic direction, expanding their market presence, and achieving revenue growth.

Operating across Australia and New Zealand, AVADA Group provides vital services to government clients and major contractors in the civil infrastructure and maintenance sectors.

With a vision to continuously expand and excel, they are seeking a forward-thinking leader to help unlock new business opportunities and elevate their brand.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Leadership Drive strategic growth by developing bold sales strategies and fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team.
You will cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
With expertise in market trends, the role will identify new opportunities, drive diversification, and position the company for success in competitive markets.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth As a brand champion, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance AVADA's visibility and position the company as a leader in traffic management.
A key responsibility is overseeing impactful campaigns across digital platforms, public relations, and events to maximise audience engagement and elevate the brand's market presence.
The role also involves utilising data-driven insights from market research and customer feedback to ensure product offerings align with evolving customer needs and market trends, helping AVADA stay competitive and innovative in its industry.
Bid and Tender Management Lead the end-to-end bid management process to develop high-quality, compliant proposals that secure contracts and drive profitability.
Collaborate closely with technical, legal, and operational teams to create competitive, compelling bids.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Develop internal and external communication plans to align stakeholders with AVADA's goals and mission.
Additionally, the position involves serving as a spokesperson for AVADA at various industry events, media engagements, and public forums.
To be considered, we are seeking a visionary leader with a proven ability to drive business growth, foster innovation, and deliver operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales, with extensive experience leading high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, with demonstrated experience managing complex tenders.
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities, with a strategic mindset.
A passion for promoting a culture of safety and well-being within the workplace.
