We are looking for a Communication and Technical Coach based in our Melbourne office.
You'll be responsible for: Delivering onboarding and case manager programsAssessing and providing feedback to the participants of the case manager programs in accordance with the assessment frameworkParticipating in the recruitment process of participants to the case manager training programsDevelop, implement, and maintain a review process of the case manager training programs for continuous improvement.Collaborate with Allianz Australia's Learning and Development team to provide continuous learning to Case Managers in their first six months.About you: Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent (desirable).Demonstrated understanding of the Personal Injury environment, particularly as it relates to claims management, and experience in claims management and technical knowledge in the Victorian schemeAbility to plan your own work activities and manage your own time effectively across a number of tasksDemonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with business leaders and internal and external stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes and translate intent into learning solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.What's on offer: Be part of a team that's open-minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomes.A sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work.An employer that is committed to supporting your work/life balance and is always open to conversations about flexible & remote working.Access to over 10,000 on-demand learning resources and programs, to support you in taking control of your career development.Insurance products.
