This global Real Estate Services firm has been well established for over 100 years, operating in 70 countries.
They specialise in various services ranging from Facilities Management to Project and Development.

They are now looking for 2 x Accounts Payable Administrators to join their office in Parramatta CBD until 31/05/2025.
Your Duties Include:
Working within the Accounts Payable help desk team, you will be responsible for:
Telephone and email queries.
Reprint remittances.
Provide payment dates to vendors.
Liaise with internal staff on AP queries.
Efficient management of Accounts payable queries.

About You:
Experience in Accounts Payable with a strong Administration background.
Excellent communication skills.
High level of customer service.
Ability to prioritise urgent tasks and have strong time management skills.
