Our client, a prominent digital marketing agency, is seeking a Digital Director to join their Brisbane team. This senior leadership role is focused on driving growth through strategic digital marketing efforts, optimizing performance-based campaigns, and leading a talented team of specialists across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies, aligning them with broader business goals to boost customer acquisition and revenue. Campaign Optimization: Oversee the execution and continuous refinement of digital campaigns, including A/B testing and performance analysis. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Data Analysis: Establish KPIs, create detailed performance reports, and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging across all campaigns. Budget Management: Manage digital budgets to maximize ROI and identify cost optimization opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEM, social media, display, and programmatic. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads. Proven leadership, communication, and project management abilities. Experience managing large budgets in fast-paced environments. Preferred Skills: eCommerce or direct-to-consumer marketing experience. Familiarity with MarTech stacks, CRM systems, and certifications in platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads.
