Lead Full Stack Developer (AWS exp.

We have our headquarters in Australia with teams based in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and a growing team in the Philippines.About You:Are you the "roll-up-your-sleeves" kind who is always willing to take on new and/or bigger challenges?

Are you a Mav3rik?Key Responsibilities:Provide input to projects estimate specific to a declarative part of system design.Support facilitation of workshops and conduct requirements gathering sessions, including review of existing processes, systems, documentation.Proficient in documenting as-is business processes and pain points, and designing to-be processes that address pain points.Adept in translating requirements into user story definition.System configuration and customisation of solution on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud, in line with solution design.Knowledge of implementation best practices and work along with the rest of the team to build/configure the Salesforce solution.Contribute to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members.Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.Develop and facilitate Train the trainer sessions.Support project rollout and day-to-day running of various client instances within Salesforce.Minimum Qualifications:Must have strong hands-on experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.Must have experience or knowledge in basic web technologies including but not limited to HTML, CSS.Familiarity with any of the following backend frameworks/libraries is a plus, including but not limited to Node.js, GraphQL.Familiarity with any of the following frontend frameworks/libraries is a plus, including but not limited to React, Angular, Vue, Styled Components.Familiarity with any of the following mobile frameworks/libraries is a plus, including but not limited to Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, React Native, Flutter, iOS.Experience or knowledge in Machine Learning concepts and tools, including but not limited to PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras is advantageous.Experience or knowledge in any of the following unit test frameworks, but not limited to Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Sinon, JUnit, NUnit, React Testing Library.Knowledge and interest in cloud solutions, mobile/web development, and the latest technologies.Must have experience working in an IT consulting firm or similar environment.The ability to learn new technologies quickly.The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues and clients.Good communication skills – both written and verbal.Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data.Attention to feedback and willingness to always improve outcomes.Preferred Qualifications:Experience or knowledge in any of the following cloud solutions and platforms, but not limited to Salesforce, Heroku, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Twilio.Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related domains.Knowledge of applications, relational databases and web technologies.Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.Actively developing their professional network and giving back to the community through participation in user and other groups, events and organizations.Benefits and Perks:Generous leave policies.Health and wellness benefit.Salesforce training programs and certifications.Recognition programs.Team-building activities.
