Service & Sales Manager ( Expat Role )

We are seeking a talented Service & Sales Leader to spearhead the transformation of our customer-facing operations and drive growth initiatives across the organisation.In this role you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience and embedding a high performing service culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering sales and service initiatives coaching and delivering customer centric strategies.Key Responsibilities:Lead delivery of Service & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and service strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term growth plans and responds to evolving customer expectations. You will work closely with senior leadership to support the rollout of initiatives under bank's strategic program.Customer Service Excellence: You will be responsible for driving innovation across customer touchpoints, ensuring an exceptional experience in every interaction. To support this you will introduce market leading sales and service initiatives & identify digital service delivery methodology to optimise reach and embedment across the Pacific Markets that the Bank operates in as well as PNG.Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of sales and service coaches dedicated to improving the capabilities of leaders in frontline and support office roles across the Group (ie PNG and Pacific Markets). Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a culture of service excellence across all levels of the organisation.Change Management and Cultural Transformation: Create tools, resources, and training programs to support the long-term adoption of a customer-centric, sales-driven culture. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Learning & Development, to embed this culture and drive sustainable change.Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Develop frameworks to assess the impact of learning and training initiatives on service delivery and sales performance. Regularly analyse KPIs, provide detailed reports, and offer actionable insights to ensure continuous improvement.Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure seamless service delivery across the organisation and service delivery processes are continuously refined for increased efficiency.Key Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is highly desirable.Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales and service management role, ideally within the financial services sector. Experience in managing and leading large teams is essential.Proven Leadership Skills: A track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams, particularly in driving customer-centric initiatives and enhancing service delivery.Strategic and Innovative Thinking: Ability to think strategically while executing operationally. Experience in introducing modern, innovative service delivery systems is a must.Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data analytics to track performance, assess outcomes, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Strong Communication and Change Management Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
