Our Daimler Trucks Perth dealership is inviting a skilled and enthusiastic Leading Hand / Foreman to join the team and be an integral part of our ongoing success in the ever-evolving transport sector. This position starts on Sunday and goes through to Wednesday, 7am till 5pm. About the Role:

Effective allocation of service and repair jobs to technicians
Diagnosis and repair of a wide range of heavy vehicles
Hands-on supervision and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices
Effective partnering with service advisors and technicians during express assessments
Carrying out quality control checks on service repairs conducted by technicians
Ensuring all work carried out is in accordance with manufacturer requirements for warranty

About You:

Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
Demonstrated experience with European, American or Japanese truck brands
Strong leadership capabilities including ability to drive cohesion and productivity
Process and compliance driven mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
