Assist in the maintenance of the financial documents and processes in relation to the purchasing and payment of goods and services from overseasAssist in the creation and changes to FX hedgesLiaising with Profit Centres to provide information regarding exchange rates, methods of payment, FX hedging requirementsAssist in the recording of international transactions from purchasing to payment and the posting of transactionsAssist Accounts Payable with the timely payment of overseas invoicesCreate and maintain letters of creditsAccurately record the paymentsLiaise with Profit Centres to record the AUD value of international transactionsAbout You :To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following :
Accounts Payable or some exposure in FX experience is preferred; however, recent graduates will also be considered as this role allows progression into their Financial Accounting teamAttention to detail and quality assurance by building error-checking into own workflowStrong knowledge of Microsoft packagesAbility to work to a strict schedule and be results-focusedStrong communication skills as well as attention to detailProactive and forward-thinkingExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsWhat is in it for you :This is an opportunity to join a future-focused business that invests in its people and its customers evolving needs.
