We are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 - C10 ) based in Sydney, Australia.

In this role, you are expected to:
Understand end-to-end processing of Trade products including Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Financial Guarantees, and Standby Letters of Credit.
Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert), and recommend process improvements.
Responsible for the pre and post-processing functions attached to our customer's trade transactions.
Ensure prompt payment and collection of any outstanding fees on our Trade Transactions with clients.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain service standards to ensure a prompt response to customers.
Keep knowledge up to date for trade and banking practices to deliver premium service.
Recommend new work procedures and contribute to the development of process enhancements.
Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Work closely with the Relationship Managers, TTS Trade Product, Sales, and Operational teams to support Trade product and transactional services.
As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years trade experience in a trade-processing department of a major domestic or international bank.
Knowledge of legal documentation standards is an advantage.
Strong internal and external Customer service focus.
Strong team ethics and willingness to learn from others and share knowledge.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships.
Can identify opportunities to improve processes and assist the Business and its customers.
