Home Job Info Teaching Role Description/Criteria The successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria: a strong commitment to the Catholic Identity of the school, a commitment to the ongoing professional learning and continuing development of a positive school culture, experience in teaching sacramental programs, develop and maintain positive, caring relationships with students, staff and parents, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capacity to promote contemporary and innovative practices, plan and implement highly structured programs in Literacy and Numeracy, use formative assessment to adjust and target teaching, knowledge in catering for a range of student needs through differentiation, experience in writing and implementing individual learning plans, be familiar in using The Mathematics Assessment Interview (MAI), work and plan collaboratively with others, experience in leading teams an advantage, encourage a growth mindset in students, facilitate opportunities for students to become active agents of positive change within the local community, and provide holistic, challenging and engaging learning experiences.

Accreditation to teach Religious Education and/or willing to gain accreditation.
