The Company is an award-winning allied health care centre with 4 state-of-the-art clinics throughout Melbourne.
The clinics offer a range of onsite, remote, and in-home services to clients receiving Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dietetics and Allied Health care services.

Due to exciting growth, they currently have an opportunity for a passionate and driven OT to join their team.
In this role, you will have the choice of working on and off-site to manage your own caseload.
You will possess strong clinical skills with the ability to follow through as well as the ability to co-manage clients with different health professionals in a dynamic team environment.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Therapeutic use of occupations and activities, including therapeutic use of self.
Skill development in self-care, self-management, home management, and community/work/school reintegration.
Education and support of individuals, including family members, caregivers, and others.
Care coordination, case management, transition services, including discharge planning, client advocacy, and onward referral to relevant services.
Modification of environments (e.g., home, work, school, community) and adaptation of processes.
Assessment, customisation, and oversight of equipment provision including orthotic devices.
Driver rehabilitation and community mobility.
Use of natural contexts for assessment and intervention.
Use of a range of specific therapeutic procedures to enhance performance.
Taking on more clients of a greater variety.
Complete AT assessment and reports independently.
Effectively supervise AHA students in clinic.
Participate in MDT training and workshops.
Complete autonomy with calendar and bookings.
Work-life balance.
Community access: A work car is provided for travelling from a clinic to community consults.
AHPRA registration.
Membership with a professional body.
Working with Children Check.
Victorian Police Check.
Experience in your field (preferred but not essential).
Salary / Pay Details: $72K - $110K per annum + super + benefits.
