Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities. As the RPEQ Mechanical Engineer, you will provide technical advice to mechanical assets across the Seqwater network.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake mechanical engineering investigations, designs, and calculationsCollaborate with planners/schedulers and internal teams to optimise efficiencies across the mechanical asset lifecycleProvide technical advice to the Capital Works team on maintenance programsRPEQ supervision and sign-off responsibilities in accordance with Qld Legislation.Prepare engineering reports and documentationAbout YouDegree in Mechanical EngineeringRPEQ registration with the Board of Professional Engineers of QueenslandCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceEngineering experience on mechanical assets such as gearboxes, hydraulic systems, actuators, etc.Experience on large maintenance programs, water infrastructure (Advantageous)DiversityVentia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents, and cultures that our people bring to the organisation while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
