Lead + Senior Mechanical Engineers Responsibilites:
Lead and mentor junior colleagues and lead and run your own projects.
Utilizing your electrical design expertise on projects that span across multiple disciplines.
Implementing best practices to deliver optimal outcomes for clients, resulting in cost and time savings.
Taking charge of small to medium-sized engineering design projects and providing support for larger projects.
Maintaining effective communication with external entities such as clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers.
Establishing strong client relationships and identifying potential business development opportunities.
Contributing to the growth and development of the business unit, aligned with strategic objectives.
About you:
Possess a degree inMechanical or Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Have an understanding of relevant calculation packages such as Camel and preferably able to use Revit modelling software RPEQ and CPEng accredited Be competent with Microsoft O.ice suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Extensive experience in the building services sector, applying Australian building codes and standards.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
