Popis pracovnej ponuky Ako Dekoratér / Visual Merchandiser budete pozorovat najnovšie trendy a vynikat v stylingu a prezentácii odevov, pricom zákazník bude vždy stredobodom všetkého, co robíte.
Nápln práce : Všetky kampane a aktivity v predajni plánujete a realizujete spolu s tímom predajne podla pokynov H&M. Zaistenie správneho umiestnenia a vizuálnej prezentácie odevov v obchode a vytváranie jasných príbehov a outfitov. Kontrolujete a doplnate zásoby na predajnej ploche, zabezpecenie, že všetky velkosti a štýly sú pre zákazníkov lahko dostupné. Udržiavate cistý a organizovaný predajný priestor vrátane skladania a aranžovania odevov. Analyzujete KPI predajne a podnikáte kroky na dosiahnutie našich obchodných cielov. Spolu s tímom obchodu dodržiavate všetky zásady a právne požiadavky H&M. Kvalifikácia Vieme, že ste pozitívny, kreatívny a milujete módu a štýl.

Ste tímový hrác a tešíte sa zo spolupráce s ostatnými clenmi tímu. Viete multitaskovat a radi pracujete v rýchlom prostredí. Máte dobré komunikacné, komercné a analytické schopnosti. Svoj životopis pošlite najneskôr do 31.12.2024. Pracovná doba Po-Pia ranné zmeny 38,75h týždenne. PLAT : 1230,- / mesiac brutto a možná obratová prémia.
