Allspec Engineering Pty Ltd is an established fabrication business that has provided fabrication services for the last decade to the mining industry within Western Australia.As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Estimator to join our team located in Hope Valley.As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for tendering from enquiry through to submission with full accountability for your own workload. Project scope will be diverse with the below core duties.Core Duties:Liaising with clients on all aspects of the tender process.Sourcing and liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors as required to successfully price tender.Compiling all aspects of the tender, clearly outlining inclusions and exclusions.Estimating using first principle, norms and tonnage rates methods.Undertaking negotiations with both suppliers and clients.Working closely with the project delivery team to ensure effective handover and execution to meet client expectations and ensure project profitability.Utilising our software to prepare and complete estimates.Minimum Requirements:Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade orBachelor Mechanical or Structural Engineering orProject Manager in heavy fabrication5 years experience in heavy steel fabrication estimatingExperience with STRUMIS is desirable but not essentialIf this sounds like the role you have been looking for, click the 'Apply Now' button or alternatively send a copy of your resume through to ****** look forward to hearing from youAllspec Engineering is an equal opportunity employer, committed to achieving a diverse and inclusive workforce.
