About the Role As a Business Commercial Manager in our Digital Sales Experience tribe, you'll play a key role in helping to support our Well Managed Lead in managing oversight across the DSE & Personalisation Service Delivery tribes for finance, risk, compliance, performance & operational management.
The role has a strong emphasis on collaboration, working with Well Managed, Tribe Performance and the tribe leadership team to deliver on Well Managed priorities and uplift Risk Awareness & operations across both tribes.

Working within the Digital Sales Experience Tribe, you will be joining a team who is passionate about attracting & activating customers through Digital Channels, as well as defining and developing sales & engagement strategies across all channels.
From a customer perspective, we want to ensure our customers can easily find, learn about, buy and activate our products & services digitally.

What will your day look like?
As a Business Commercial Manager, you will assist in managing the BAU & Investment slate for the tribe, across >400 resources inclusive of Business, Technology, permanent & managed service resources; vendor management for the tribe inclusive of Contract governance, OCM, resource work order management.
Working in with the wider Well Managed & Tribe Performance team, you may also assist with Risk & ways of working governance, KCT & audit remediation, and uplift in tribe ways of working to deliver productivity and risk reduction outcomes.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience in areas such as; Project Planning/Delivery, Finance & Budget Management, Risk Management, Procurement Influencing skills across a diverse range of stakeholders Working knowledge of Agile, Jira, Confluence, Risk, Performance and Operational Management Adaptable and flexible to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to produce meaningful reporting, insights and action plans Business acumen is keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation in a manner that is likely to lead to a good outcome.
Demonstrated experience in ANZ finance management frameworks and dashboarding tools would be an advantage, inclusive but not limited to Qliksense, PSGL budget management, PPM, Ariba, Vendor Engagement Process (VEP) You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
