R&J Batteries are one of the biggest battery and lubricant distributors across Australia and New Zealand.

Our CSR's are pivotal to our business.
They are our main customer service and salespeople.
As a Sales and Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers, whilst enjoying the variety of delivering product to your customers.
We love our customers and want you to love them too.

This is a genuine, varied, fast-paced role that you can make your own
It's a delivery driver - with a difference

The main focus of this role includes:
Out on the road, selling and delivering batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customers Manage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with them Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites Pick and pack your daily stock needs Being a product knowledge superstar Complete sales paperwork.
We love attention to detail and so do our customers
1-2 nights away from home per fortnight Live our values
Hours of work: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (40 hours Monday to Friday) with Saturday morning rostered work (paid at overtime rate)
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Confident and licenced to drive a manual vehicle Have a valid MR licence Willing to obtain or have a valid Forklift licence Driven to learn new products and processes.
High attention to detail Great presentation is required, as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided) Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalities Physically able to lift batteries as heavy lifting is involved.
(in the range of 10-30 kgs – but don't panic, we have lifting aids, trolleys etc.)
Good computer skills and willing to learn internal computer systems.
