An opportunity has arisen in our Sydney CBD office for a Business Services Manager who has a high level of local professional practice experience and experience managing small teams.
This role will report to the CEO and will involve building and developing relationships with existing and new clients, internal stakeholders and a solid team of professionals whilst delivering business services and managing team workflow.
To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of 12+ years experience in a Top 100 accounting practice.Have demonstrated leadership expertise with a minimum of 2+ years experience as a senior manager managing a small team.Have experience directly managing a portfolio of clients (approximately $1m) of diverse Business Services Clients and forging productive, lasting relationships.Be Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.Be solutions focused, but also possess strong technical abilities at a solid business services generalist level.Have excellent communication skills and demonstrated organisational skills.Demonstrate high attention to detail and ability to win clients' and organisational trust fast.Be highly organised and be able to manage senior professional staff and prioritise workflows.This is a great opportunity for a personable and approachable Business Services Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing high standards of service to a diverse portfolio of clients.
