In this role, you will ensure the PPM platform operates efficiently, maintain data integrity, fulfill reporting needs, and provide user training and support.
This is an opportunity for a professional with solid Power Platform experience to make a significant impact on project portfolio management within Digital & Transformation.

Power Platform Administration: Maintain and enhance the PPM platform, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Configure the platform to align with evolving business requirements.Data Management: Ensure data in the PPM platform is accurate, complete, and adheres to governance standards.Perform data cleansing, reporting, and analytics activities.User Support & Training: Manage user access, roles, and permissions.Provide Level 2-3 support and training to business users.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the PPM platform.Drive changes to enhance efficiency and user experience.Reporting & Documentation: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.Maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides.Support Manager Portfolio Operations knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training to promote platform adoption.Your story so far: Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.3+ years' experience in a project delivery environment.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Implementing or Managing a PPM platform.Demonstrated experience of Microsoft Power Platform.Portfolio and Project Management exposure.Culture We know our strength comes from the diversity of our people and would encourage people with different experiences and backgrounds to apply.
