About the role We have an exciting full-time opportunity in our defendant Health Law team for a lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' PAE. The successful candidate will work with two highly regarded Partners who are recognised for their expertise by Doyle's Guide, Best Lawyers and the Legal 500. Representing a variety of doctors and health institutions, the work covers a wide range of medical defence work, with a particular focus on disciplinary, coronial, hospital inquiries and employment issues.
About you To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PAE, with experience in defendant health law. Our clients are at the centre of everything we do, so your commitment to providing exceptional client service will be of great importance. To complement your strong legal skills, you will be someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills and works well both in a team and autonomously. You will be someone who enjoys problem solving, demonstrates sound judgement, and has strong file management and organisational skills.
