Contracts AdministratorAre you a skilled Contracts Administrator looking to work on a significant commercial new build project?Design & Build Recruitment is recruiting for one of our trusted partners.
Our client has a national presence, well-established and quality local subcontractor relationships.
They are a leading tier 3 head contractor.
In addition, due to long-term relationships, they regularly work on an ECI arrangement.

Your responsibilities will include:Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements.Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.Managing budgets, cost control, and procurement processes.Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution.Monitoring variations, progress claims, and project reporting.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Contracts Administrator in new build commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in construction management software and tools.A team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.The ProjectThis $25M industrial/mixed-use commercial project in Hendra promises to challenge and excite professionals passionate about delivering excellence.
