Retail Sales Assistant, North Adelaide, SA (Full-time) Locations: North Adelaide, SA, Australia Time Type: Full time Posted on: Posted Yesterday Job Requisition ID: JR_036106 Full-time role Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays Store trading hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and 8am-4pm Sat Training provided At Res Med, we want people to "Awaken their best" by offering solutions to help people get the best night's sleep possible.

Let's talk about the role: As a Retail Sales Assistant/Sleep Coach, you will focus on helping people achieve outcomes with their sleep health.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.
Some of the tasks the successful candidate will be responsible for include: Taking customer enquiries in store and over the phone.
Investigating and helping customers solve therapy issues.
Providing set-up, ongoing support, and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard.
Fitting the customer for a mask and recommending the most appropriate mask based on training provided.
Providing customers with advice on the safe and effective use of their medical equipment.
Sales of new or additional services over the phone, with follow-up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion.
Maintaining the good condition of the retail premises and displays.
Handling payments, balancing float, and banking.
Accountable for both trial and sales stock - managing stock levels and re-ordering as required.
Let's talk about qualifications and experience: Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role.
Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
A strong customer service and sales focus that aims for the best outcome for the individual.
Administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries (product usage, purchases, etc.
).
Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must.
An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
Confident computer skills as we operate across multiple platforms.
