You'll get to work directly with market-leading experts, tapping into the expertise of more than 170 Partners and 1,700 staff Australia-wide, while taking on greater responsibility at a junior level, interacting directly with clients and working on the highest profile matters in town.
The roleYou'll report to Partner Greg Midgley who heads up our commercial practice in Darwin and works closely with two Senior Associates across a diverse range of front-end matters.
Greg and his team assist clients with some of the Territory's highest profile projects and commercial matters.
This role will see you involved in:
Diverse commercial matters across general commercial, property transactions and major project workEngaging with clients across various industries, being supported to grow your local profileShowcase your commercial experience and develop your drafting and transactional skills.Collaborate with a close-knit Darwin team, and work closely with CU's industry-leading teams nationallySkills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:
2-4 years post qualification experience from a reputable front-end practiceFamiliarity with property law transactions and PEXA (desired)A conscientious approach and strong academic resultsA passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationshipsIn addition to this, we're looking for a resilient, self-starter.
Someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
