Commercial Property Manager - CBD LocationCommercial Property ManagerOak is proud to partner with our client that is an established, market-leading Commercial Real Estate firm located in the CBD.With an extensive portfolio of assets under management, they are seeking an experienced, driven Commercial Property Manager to join their vibrant team located at their state-of-the-art, modern office.
Reporting to the head of department, you will be responsible for overseeing a mixed portfolio of 140 tenancies - primarily retail and office with some industrial.You will have the opportunity to learn from the best and develop your career long term with pathways to more senior roles in the business available.
Also on offer are a range of benefits including WFH flexibility, early finish on Fridays, and a generous incentive scheme that offers commissions up to $20K per year.
The Role:Manage a portfolio of 140 commercial properties, mix of retail, office, and industrialDeliver a high quality of service to owners and tenantsAttend internal & external business commitmentsLiaise with owners, tenants, and other stakeholdersTake full ownership of lease negotiations, reviews, renewals, arrears, inspections, and vacanciesEnsure company policies and procedures are followed to meet owner's objectives and investment strategiesManage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externallyAbout you:Minimum of 2 years experience in Commercial Property ManagementCapacity to negotiate and deal with conflictAgents Representative Certificate and driver's licenseUnderstanding of the Retail Leases ActExperience with Cirrus 8 software ideally (not essential)Enthusiastic and ability to work autonomously - be a self-starterStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and time-managementPerks and Benefits:Well-maintained and manageable portfolioSupport and training from management, great company cultureGenerous salary and commission structure for lease renewals and BD providing an OTE of $140kOn-site car park space, no SaturdaysJoin a reputable and established firm to progress your career long-termApply now directly via this ad or contact:Owen Scott | |
