About the role
Power Up Electrical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Site Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland.
As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing electrical projects for commercial clients across the region.
What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical crews on commercial construction projectsManagement of multiple sub-contractors including but not limited to Communications, Security, AV, Solar etc.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryLiaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertiseEnsure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standardsMentor and train junior electricians to develop their skills and expertiseTroubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise on siteMaintain detailed records and documentation for each projectWhat we're looking for Qualified Electrician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial electrical projectsProven track record of leading and supervising electrical teams on complex commercial projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to quickly resolve issues on siteThorough understanding of relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standardsProficient in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationAbility to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior electriciansWhat we offer
