Administration Officer- Aged Care Assessment Team

Administration Officer - Aged Care Assessment Team To provide efficient, effective, professional, ethical, and confidential client-focused administration support to the Aged Care Assessment Team.
Ensure accurate and proficient data entry for ACAT referrals into several Queensland Health computer-based systems including My Aged Care, ieMR, ESM, HBCIS, and Smart Referral systems.
Demonstrate the Metro North values when providing frontline support to consumers and stakeholders for all ACAT outgoing and incoming phone calls and shared email accounts.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Accurately and efficiently register patients and clients in various electronic programs/databases.
Build relationships with customers, using strong communication and negotiation skills to understand customers' needs and deliver a service that meets their needs and policy guidelines.
Effectively communicate with customers, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive service focus.
Manage workload appropriately with effective time management practices; prioritizing tasks and ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
Aid other staff within the team to ensure priority tasks are completed and deadlines met.
Ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable data entry within all Queensland Health software systems.
Demonstrate high work ethics, the ability to work autonomously, and a high level of pride in their work.
