As a preferred partner working with the Government of South Australia, we anticipate that the project will be operational by early 2026.Come and join the energy.We are seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Project Manager to play a leading role as we move to the next stage.The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and successful completion of power station and power generation projects for the Projects Delivery function. Collaborating closely with the Project Director, this role ensures that the project adheres to the highest safety standards, meets all deadlines, remains within budget, and achieves the designated quality benchmarks. Lead and inspire a team of talented professionals committed to excellence.A supportive and flexible environment that values your well-being and personal growth.An opportunity to enhance your civil, power, and or large-scale infrastructure background and pivot into New Energy Solutions.Contributing to the design and delivery of a large-scale power generation facility in regional South Australia.Access ongoing training, mentorship, and individual development opportunities.What Does Success Look LikeLeading projects to successful completion with a clear focus on meeting all project milestones and deliverables.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, suppliers, and regulators.Demonstrating effective resource management by aligning resource allocation with project needs, thereby maximizing efficiency and productivity.Proactively identifying potential risks and implementing robust mitigation strategies.Ensuring that all project activities comply with industry standards and legal regulations.Exposure & ExperienceBachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) highly regarded.10+ years in project management within large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project schedules.Experience in Client-side project delivery.Strong understanding of the technical and regulatory aspects of large-scale construction projects, especially in the energy sector.At ATCO Australia, we are committed to nurturing a diverse and inclusive environment that values the contributions and perspectives of everyone on the ATCO Australia team.
