We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payments/AP Officer to join our client on a contract basis for 6 months.Position: Payments/AP OfficerLocation: Eastern Creek, Western Sydney, 2766Contract Length: 6 months | Immediate StartHourly Rate: $30-$32 + superAbout the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payment processes, supporting the finance team with timely and effective administration.Key Responsibilities:Thoroughly investigating and resolving payment discrepanciesInterpreting and calculating various types of payments with precisionMonitoring and managing the accounts inbox to ensure timely responsesProactively escalating issues and providing well-considered recommendationsAccurately maintaining and updating the client databaseTo Note:Proven experience in a Finance or Administrative roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large data setsExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the roleA proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skillsOnly short notice candidates will be consideredIf you are a motivated and meticulous individual ready for your next challenge, we encourage you to APPLY immediately through Seek.
