The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role based at the iconic Taronga Zoo Event Centre acts as our first impression to our guests Tuesday - Saturday
This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic and fun work environment.
Responsibilities include: Answering & directing callsAssisting guests with their enquiries over the phone and in-personGeneral administration as requiredExceptional communication skillsFriendly natureAbility to work proactively & unsupervisedAssisting the sales and events team with administration tasksManagement of general inbox including initial response to event enquiriesTrippas White Group is committed to achieving a diverse workforce and strongly encourages applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
