GO there with us. As the Product Manager for Creation and Curation Experiences, you will own the strategy and execution of tools that simplify content onboarding, creation, and management.
You'll lead the development of frictionless creation and curation experiences, driving efficiency for admins and content partners alike.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build efficient, user-friendly solutions that empower content partners and admins to easily publish, curate, and manage high-quality content.
Your work will enable learners to achieve meaningful learning outcomes while supporting organizational development goals.

Here, you'll have the freedom to shape your product vision while collaborating with 600+ team members from across the globe who are just as passionate and driven as you are.If you're passionate about building intuitive tools that enable seamless onboarding, creation, and curation of learning content, this is the role for you.Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision and roadmap for content creation and curation tools, with a focus on simplifying the onboarding process and enabling efficient content management for a wide variety of learning needs.Content Authoring & Curation: Develop and enhance AI-powered tools that support content creation and curation, including learning pathways and playlists, to streamline the process for admins and ensure relevant content is delivered to learners efficiently.Admin Empowerment: Build intuitive management tools that empower admins to easily create, curate and manage content across their organisations, ensuring compliance and helping their employees thrive.Publishing Efficiency: Lead efforts to streamline content ingestion and publishing, optimizing processes to reduce the time from creation to publication.You will have: Experienced Product Manager: You have 3+ years of product management experience.
Experience with content creation, publishing, or learning management systems is a plus.Ecosystem Thinker: You understand how products fit into a broader Go1 ecosystem.
You're skilled at seeing the big picture and designing solutions that work across complex, interconnected environments.Detail-Oriented & Efficient: You excel at identifying friction points in user workflows and designing solutions that reduce complexity and save time for users.Collaborative Leader: You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with product designers, engineers, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions.Data-Driven Decision Maker: You use data to drive decisions, measure success, and continuously improve content creation and management tools.Customer-Focused: You're passionate about creating intuitive, efficient experiences for admins and content partners, ensuring they can deliver high-quality learning content to learners at scale.Join our team at Go1 and be at the forefront of transforming education through innovative learning solutions.
