About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative and dynamic team.
The successful applicant will be welcomed under the guidance of our Business Development Manager.
We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic work hard, play hard team.
Responsibilities include: Manage all facets of project coordination (schedules, procurements, & quality).Interface directly with clients to define project requirements.
Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimation, work plans/schedule, and quality control.Implement communication plans for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.
Facilitate internal project meetings.Complete project documentation aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.Monitor Migrations: Monitor chats during migrations - assist with issues as they arise.Coordinate staff travel & accommodation, and site arrival times.Manage communication with site contacts, ensuring all information is gathered and passed to the appropriate team for actioning.What you will need to be successful: 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.Exceptional attention to detail.Positive, proactive, and hard-working person with a can-do attitude.Ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.Exemplary communication skills.Ability to solve problems and deal with conflicting options in complex situations.Ability to draw upon the analysis of others and make recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.Experience in healthcare would be advantageous.Why Quo Group?
