Senior Revenue Analyst

Sydney, Österreich Indebted Vollzeit

Preparing weekly and monthly reporting of business revenue performance, ensuring visibility across the business.
Facilitating monthly revenue calls across Finance, Client Success, and Executive Team; sharing key business findings to guide stakeholders' decision making and collating new client updates that would change forecast inputs.
Driving fiscal year revenue planning activities, including forecasting, budgeting, compensation planning, and collaborating across CSM and Growth teams to ensure that the targets are being monitored and reviewed.
Tracking and analyzing the composition and movements of the business' gross margins, and sharing relevant findings to key stakeholders.
Liaising with the Client Success and Growth teams, providing portfolio and client analysis as needed.
Assisting in the maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce), aligning with best practices, creating documentations and providing training and knowledge transfer to new members of the Growth team.
Collaborating with key data analysts from R&D team to capture correct data from InDebted's various systems to be able to extract accurate information quickly to be used for internal data analyses.
Developing and implementing process improvements.
Drive productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and continual enhancements for customer-facing teams as we enable revenue growth.
Ensure that data and processes flow seamlessly between tools.
Develop a deep understanding of the sales journey while connecting insights directly to the business opportunity.
Identify, analyze, and resolve a wide range of process and operational issues or inefficiencies providing quick and decisive solutions
Providing support to the FP&A function, and the Finance Team.
Experience and Skills: Must Have: Extensive experience in a Finance related field, handling large amounts of data from various systems, forecasting and financial year planning
Experience performing analytical deep dives, developing insights and creating business reports
Advanced capability with MS Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid organizational skills along with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Exceptional communication skills
