Team Leader Perth Parking

Our Perth Central Transport branch is seeking an experienced people manager to join the Perth Parking team. The Team Leader is responsible for the development of innovative and bespoke solutions to improve existing systems and processes relating to Perth Parking activities in alignment with relevant legislation and best practice.
Improvements to these systems and processes will allow the area to provide better information and outcomes for its clients and build on its already very high compliance rate, ultimately facilitating a sustainable transport network for the Western Australian community.
As the Team Leader Perth Parking, you will lead a small team to develop and implement progressive business development strategies, systems, operational plans and procedures as well as providing strategic advice across the Perth Parking business to management.
Issues associated with the financial performance and operational administration of the Perth Parking legislation will be a key component of this advice.
Leading and motivating your team to cohesively administer the Perth Parking business will allow you to utilise your dynamic leadership skills.
This is a unique and varied role where you will be able to engage your full range of project management, leadership, and financial management skills to achieve better outcomes for the WA Community.
