INTERNAL SALES / QUOTATIONS – ARCHITECTURAL & COMMERCIAL LIGHTING DISTRIBUTORRaylinc Lighting is a Brisbane based architectural and commercial lighting company specialising in marketing and distribution for a selection of highly regarded local and international luminaire manufacturers.We are looking for an honest and reliable person who takes pride in their work to add to our team in the role of internal projects manager / quotations officer. The role is Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM, leaving your weekends free for family and friends.What we're offering:Above award remunerationThe opportunity to work with Queensland's leading independent, privately owned lighting distributorTraining as requiredA comfortable, friendly working environment with a small-medium enterpriseThe opportunity for long term career development within the organisationWhat you'll be doing:Frontline internal sales involving liaison with clients and luminaire manufacturersPreparation and provision of quotationsManagement of project lighting orders for clientsCommunication with internal and external stakeholdersProviding support for our external team of sales representatives and clientsWhat you need:Excellent interpersonal skillsA friendly and professional phone mannerA high regard for attention to detailAn analytical mind with good problem solving abilityThe ability to interpret basic construction documentsThe ability to make considered decisions and work unsupervisedA good understanding and application of customer serviceFamiliarity with MS Office particularly Excel and OutlookExperience in using MYOB EXO or similar POS/accounting software and previous experience in the lighting industry, electrical wholesale or similar would be an advantage but is not necessaryIf you want to get away from weekend roster or overtime obligations, send your CV and other relevant information to ****** application will include the following questions:Do you have experience in a sales role?Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an Internal Sales Role?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
