Engineering Attendant

Job DescriptionAssist the Duty Engineers and supervisor in the day-to-day running of the operations and maintenance/repair.Perform preventive maintenance work, such as cleaning of equipment and lubrication as per schedule.Assist in emergency repair in case of breakdown of any equipment.Maintain all equipment to be used at any time needed.Maintain cleanliness throughout the Engineering area.Receive orders from Engineering Manager/Supervisor and lay out work procedures and methods to the crew of electricians.Estimate and order necessary materials.Work at times with the crew, demonstrating and checking.Handle the crew in making major repairs to the electrical system.Daily checklist of all mechanical devices.Responsible for chiller daily operation, including filling log sheet.Provide FCU maintenance and whole mechanical devices (AHU, FCU, booster pump, boiler).Additional InformationMust have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as prior experience in a similar technical & mechanical role, ideally in the hospitality industry.Have a good grasp of mechanical and electrical systems, and general maintenance procedures.Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
