Job Title Ashurst Reach Legal Consultant – Banking & Finance – Transactional - Sydney Location Sydney Description The Opportunity: 6 months Full time Sydney This is an opportunity to join an organisation in the financial services sector About You: You are an experienced banking and finance lawyer You have experience with Global Payments Solutions (ie.
corporate deposit accounts, electronic channel (online banking) services, cash management solutions, payment and receivables solutions (e.g.
BPAY, direct debit, virtual account), corporate credit card services, etc) You have experience in Securities Services (ie.custody services, fund administration services) You have experience in delivering legal advice relating to GPS and SSV businesses (preferred but not essential) You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team You have a minimum of 5 years' experience You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business You have a current practising certificate You have the right to live and work in Australia Ashurst Reach: Ashurst Reach is Ashurst's dedicated flexible legal resourcing platform which provides the firm's clients and Practice Groups within the firm with access to a high quality talent pool of lawyers and paralegals.
