Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote technical support for Level 2/3 issues, including complex troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Oversee the design, setup, installation, and onboarding processes for new cloud projects, ensuring seamless integration for clients.
Collaborate with senior engineers on advanced technical projects, including system migrations, performance optimization, and cloud.
Document solutions, environments, and processes meticulously to enhance knowledge sharing and support efficiency.
Conduct regular health checks and performance assessments on cloud environments to ensure optimal operation.
Assist with the escalation and resolution of critical incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to client services.

Required Skills: Proficient in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration, including security and compliance configurations.
Strong background in Remote Desktop support and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts and advanced troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Hyper-V, virtualization technologies, and cloud solutions is a bonus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure management.
