The Job:We are looking for our next Head of Audience Development & Growth to drive Val Morgan Digital's email subscriber growth, audience growth, and distribution of content to drive business outcomes.Whilst no two days are the same, the scope of the role consists of:Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to increase email newsletter databaseEstablishing and maintaining audience reporting to assist all stakeholders in driving editorial/commercial outcomesDeveloping distribution strategies for VMD content to drive business outcomes – increase in audience, pageviews, and affiliate revenueDeveloping and driving SEO strategy in a world where AI is changing the way audiences find and consume contentSupporting execution of commercial content campaigns as it relates to email newsletterTesting new concepts, portals and emerging platforms to drive audience growthWorking in collaboration with Director of Social & Platforms to set growth strategy for each platform Who are we looking for?This rare opportunity calls for someone with at least 5 years' experience with a proven track record of growing audience channels – onsite, email, and socials.
